MCE has
helped us define the meaning of "vendor
partner". Most builders have subcontractors,
Quadrant Homes and MCE have developed
a true vendor partnership. They have grown
with us, adopted our priorities and helped
us to improve our processes in the pursuit
of a quality outcome for our customer.
For example, our extreme focus on safety
can be an obstacle
for the typical contractor. They have
embraced safety with a passion, improving
their own program to a point where we
have become a student of their mastery.
It's a unique relationship for this industry
that would be hard to duplicate.

time ago, you and I were having a discussion
about our two businesses. The conversation
led to comments about the company cultures that
we both enjoy and the fact that we both are
proud to work in environments which promote
positive character qualities and growth.
I just wanted to write
you a note to express my gratitude to you and all the
people in your organization. I receive many
comments from our superintendents and Quadrant employees
who work and interact with MCE employees. They
have high praise for everyone's willingness to overcome
obstacles and deliver homes to buyers.
It is a pleasure to have MCE
as a vendor partner. And I especially want to
recognize the men and women of MCE who day in and day
out are at our communities pulling the wire and trimming
the homes. And doing it safely!
People with dependability,
initiative, thoroughness, and truthfulness are valuable

I
want to thank you for a great job. Rusty and his
crew have gone above and beyond. I am a first time
builder and fear making poor choices. Rusty helped
me understand his plan of action and walked me through
the decisions and choices required for my home. We
are very pleased with the work done.
I
also work in the service industry and deal with
homeowners and contractors all day. I wish I could
hire more people like Rusty who took the time to help me
while keeping his crew busy and safe. Good

I
wanted to drop you a note to thank MCE for work that
you did in the past for Lynae and I on our own
house, and importantly on the last three houses we
are building. On each of the current houses, we
have had excellent crews for rough in, low voltage,
and trim out. All of the guys are clean, efficient,
and effective. What really impresses me is not that
they know what they are doing, but they know how to
give ideas and make suggestions to improve the job.
For instance, on all three of the current jobs the
houses are sold. I wanted each homeowner to be able
to walk through with the electricians to see what
they get, and have an opportunity for upgrading
light, outlet, switch, and low volt locations to
meet their needs. All of your leads and the rest of
the team really know how to handle customers ……. Not
overcomplicating things but also asking questions of
the customer to see if there is anything we can do
to make the home better for them.
It
is really a pleasure to work with competent people
that can both do their job, and help make mine
easier…….the can do attitude is excellent.
