MCE has helped us define the meaning of "vendor partner". Most builders have subcontractors, Quadrant Homes and MCE have developed a true vendor partnership. They have grown with us, adopted our priorities and helped us to improve our processes in the pursuit of a quality outcome for our customer.

For example, our extreme focus on safety can be an obstacle for the typical contractor. They have embraced safety with a passion, improving their own program to a point where we have become a student of their mastery. It's a unique relationship for this industry that would be hard to duplicate.

I wanted to drop you a note to thank MCE for work that you did in the past for Lynae and I on our own house, and importantly on the last three houses we are building.

On each of the current houses, we have had excellent crews for rough in, low voltage, and trim out. All of the guys are clean, efficient, and effective. What really impresses me is not that they know what they are doing, but they know how to give ideas and make suggestions to improve the job.

For instance, on all three of the current jobs the houses are sold. I wanted each homeowner to be able to walk through with the electricians to see what they get, and have an opportunity for upgrading light, outlet, switch, and low volt locations to meet their needs. All of your leads and the rest of the team really know how to handle customers. Not overcomplicating things but also asking questions of the customer to see if there is anything we can do to make the home better for them.

It is really a pleasure to work with competent people that can both do their job, and help make mine easier. The can do attitude is excellent.

Dear M.C. Electric Management,

My wife and I just wanted to take a minute to say "Thank you" to your excellent employees who did the electrical for our new addition. We have added a new upstairs media room and your team has been here a couple of times to work on it. They did all the line voltage work as well as running the audio/video cables for my entertainment system. Every step of the way, every foot of cable, every outlet, is 100% perfect! The only work on this house that has been completed 100% correct the first time is the work that was done by your team. Seems that framers, plumbers, siders, roofers, dry wallers, painters, and others do not have the same concern for quality and customer satisfaction that your team displays. Every trade has had to return to fix issues and address quality problems except for electric.

We are truly impressed with the professionals that work for your company and the quality of their work.
